Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

Whether you are recovering from injury, surgery or illness, St. Luke’s PMC provides outpatient physical rehabilitation programs to address your needs. We offer up-to-date, research-based techniques and treatments to facilitate your maximum recovery. We strive to educate you about your condition and recovery so you have all the tools to achieve the best possible outcome.

St. Luke’s PMC owns and operates its own Outpatient Rehab Center which encompasses Physical Therapy, Hand/Occupational Therapy, Speech/Language Therapy and work hardening and provides a further continuum of rehab services to its inpatients and to the residents of Pasadena and the surrounding communities.

Our rehabilitation specialists will work with you to provide personal comprehensive care. Call the Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at 713- 948-7005 to schedule an appointment. Remember to bring your physician's order with you for the first appointment, along with your personal identification and insurance cards.

The Outpatient Rehabilitation Center is located next door to the hospital and the hours are Monday — Thursday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m and Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
